第一、购买时优选正规品牌，能经过市场洗礼的，一定有他的理由。

第二、看配料表。中国的食品安全法是明确和要求：食品标签上必须明确注明生产信息，任何食品添加剂或者防腐剂，都需要在配料表中标注。

第三、看干燕窝含量。回归根本，吃燕窝是为了效果，只有干燕窝含量更高，营养价值才更高，滋补效果才能更好。
