小学一二年级不布置作业！教育部提出中小学生作业管理十条要求

Homework is not assigned to the first and second grades of elementary school! The Ministry of Education puts forward ten requirements for primary and secondary school students’ homework management

教育部近日印发《关于加强义务教育学校作业管理的通知》，提出“十条要求”.其中包括要求小学一二年级不布置书面家庭作业，小学其他年级每天书面作业完成时间平均不超过60分钟；初中不超过90分钟.同时，要求各地要把禁止留作业作为校外培训机构日常监管的重要内容，切实避免校内减负校外增负.

The Ministry of Education recently issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of School Work in Compulsory Education" and put forward the "ten requirements." These include the requirement that the first and second grades of elementary school do not assign written homework, the average time for completing written homework in other grades of elementary school should not exceed 60 minutes per day; and that of junior high school should not exceed 90 minutes. At the same time, all localities are required to make the prohibition of leaving homework as an important part of the daily supervision of off-campus training institutions, and to effectively avoid reducing the burden on campus and increasing the burden outside the school.

教育部近日印发《关于进一步加强中小学生体质健康管理工作的通知》，强调着力保障学生每天校内校外各1小时体育活动时间，并明确了体育家庭作业制度.通知要求逐步完善“健康知识+基本运动技能+专项运动技能”学校体育教学模式，让每位学生掌握1至2项运动技能.

The Ministry of Education recently issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Physical Fitness and Health of Primary and Secondary School Students", emphasizing efforts to ensure that students have 1 hour of physical activity time inside and outside the school every day, and clarified the sports homework system. The notice requires the gradual improvement of the "health knowledge + basic sports skills + special sports skills" school physical education teaching model, so that each student can master 1 or 2 sports skills.
