2月起施行的新规

　　《零售药店医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》自2021年2月1日起施行。

The "Interim Measures for the Administration of Medical Security in Retail Pharmacies" shall come into effect on February 1, 2021.

　　定点零售药店提供药品服务时应核对参保人员有效身份凭证，做到人证相符。特殊情况下为他人代购药品的应出示本人和被代购人身份证。参保人员或购药人应在购药清单上签字确认。

When the designated retail pharmacies provide drug services, the valid identity certificates of the insured persons shall be checked to ensure that the personal identification is consistent. Under special circumstances, those who purchase drugs for others should show their IDs and the IDs of the person being purchased. Participants or drug purchasers should sign on the drug purchase list for confirmation.

凭外配处方购药的，应核验处方使用人与参保人员身份是否一致。

If you purchase drugs with an external prescription, you should check whether the identity of the person using the prescription is the same as that of the insured person.

　　《福建省餐饮服务从业人员佩戴口罩的规定》将于2021年2月1日施行。

The "Regulations on Wearing Masks by Food Service Practitioners in Fujian Province" will be implemented on February 1, 2021.

　　《规定》明确从事直接接触入口食品工作的餐饮服务从业人员，在工作时应规范佩戴清洁的口罩。餐饮经营主体应当接受社会公众、行业协会以及媒体舆论监督。违者最高罚款1000元。

　　 The “Regulations” specify that catering service personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food should wear clean masks when working. The main body of catering operations shall accept the supervision of the public, industry associations and media. Violators can be fined up to 1,000 yuan.
